Refund & Return Policy – Head Hand Heart

At Head Hand Heart, we take pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

1. 🧵 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
   •    You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
   •    Returns are accepted only if:
   •    The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or wrongly shipped.
   •    You provide photographic proof (package and product), order number, and purchase receipt.

2. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items
   •    Items returned for a change of mind or personal preference cannot be accepted (since each piece is unique and handmade).
   •    We do not accept returns on:
   •    Personalized or custom-made items.
   •    Perishable goods (if any).
   •    Gift cards and digital products.

3. 🔄 Exchange Options
   •    If your item is damaged or incorrect, you may choose to:
   1.    Exchange it for the same product (subject to availability), or
   2.    Request a refund.

4. 💵 Refund Process
   •    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.
   •    If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
   •    The ₹150 flat-rate shipping fee is non-refundable.
   •    The refunded amount will exclude this shipping charge.

5. 🕒 Refund Delays & Interest

In line with Indian consumer protection guidance, we strive to process refunds promptly. Under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and related NCDRC rulings, interest may apply for undue delay in refunds beyond a reasonable period  .

6. 📬 How to Initiate a Return
   1.    Email us at [your email] with:
   •    Order number
   •    Date of purchase
   •    Reason for return
   •    Clear photos showing the issue
   2.    Our team will review and provide a RMA (Return Authorization) number
   3.    Ship the item back to us using the RMA number and original or similar secure packaging.

7. 🚚 Who Pays Return Shipping?
   •    We cover return shipping costs only if the error is ours (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
   •    For other valid returns, you are responsible for return shipping.

8. 🏛️ Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. You may approach the appropriate consumer forum or RERA if necessary.
