   •    We charge a flat rate of ₹150 per order for shipping anywhere within India.
   •    From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website or social media.

3. Delivery Timeframes
   •    Within Odisha: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days from dispatch.
   •    Rest of India: Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days from dispatch.
   •    Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Partners
   •    We work with trusted logistics providers such as India Post and reputed private courier services to ensure safe delivery.
   •    A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

5. Delivery Issues
   •    If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
   •    For damaged items, please share photographs of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue.

6. Service Limitations
   •    We currently ship only within India.
   •    Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable; in such cases, we will inform you and arrange a full refund.
